PSF on every deal. Scam artists

I worked with George Link at ML Services and can’t recommend this firm to brokers or lenders. In my experience, PSFs were tacked onto funded deals whenever possible, causing risk for default, and violating lender guidelines. If ML Services is signed up with you (lender), I’d seriously consider if you want to continue the relationship. I have recorded proof of all of these accusations and will be making a video exposing everything. The work environment was worse. George has a serious temper — I personally witnessed him screaming at employees over minor mistakes, and turnover reflected it. Former brokers I’ve spoken with describe similar treatment and disputes over money they say was pulled from their accounts without authorization. He forced brokers to work even when sick, he doesn’t believe anything anyone tells him. When I left to start my own firm, George’s reaction went far beyond unprofessional — it included threats I took seriously enough to consider reporting. That alone should tell you everything about how this firm treats people once they’re no longer useful to it. Do your homework before working here or funding through them.
